Apple Cinnamon Oat Bars

Equipment
- Baking Dish (Click Here) 7 x 11 or 8 x 11
Ingredients
- 2 cups Almond Milk Any milk or milk substitute
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup Or Honey
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil Or Apple Sauce
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Classic Rolled Oats
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 3 ea Apples I prefer Honey Crisp
- 1 tbsp Butter Unsalted
Instructions
- Grease a baking dish (8x11) with the butter
- Peel, core, and dice all 3 apples, then pour half the apples into the greased baking dish. (Place the other half of the diced apples on the side for now)
- Combine the dry ingredients (oats, cinnamon, baking powder, salt)
- Pour the dry ingredients into the greased baking dish
- Combine the wet ingredients into a large mixing bowl
- Pour the wet ingredients overtop of the dry ingredients
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes
- Let it cool (30 minutes), then divide into 6-8 bars
- Store in the fridge for 5 days, or freeze for up to 2 months
