Chocolate Coconut Baked Oats
** Classic rolled oats, baked to perfection with chocolate and coconut flakes . Great for breakfast.

- Baking Dish (Click Here) 7 x 11 or 8 x 11
Ingredients
- 2 cups Almond Milk Any milk or milk substitute
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup Or Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Classic Rolled Oats
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 3/4 cup Chocolate Chips Semi-Sweet
- 1 tbsp Butter Unsalted
- 1/4 cup Coconut Flakes
Instructions
- Grease a baking dish (8x11) with the butter
- Pour half of the chocolate chips into the baking dish
- Combine the dry ingredients, including the coconut flakes, the pour into the baking dish
- Combine the wet ingredients into a large mixing bowl
- Pour the wet ingredients overtop of the dry ingredients
- Pour the rest of the chocolate chips over top
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes
- Let it cool (30 minutes)
- Serve and enjoy!
- Or store in the fridge for 5 days
