Chocolate Coconut Baked Oats

Classic rolled oats, baked to perfection with chocolate and coconut flakes . Great for breakfast.

  • Grease a baking dish (8x11) with the butter
  • Pour half of the chocolate chips into the baking dish
  • Combine the dry ingredients, including the coconut flakes, the pour into the baking dish
  • Combine the wet ingredients into a large mixing bowl
  • Pour the wet ingredients overtop of the dry ingredients
  • Pour the rest of the chocolate chips over top
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes
  • Let it cool (30 minutes)
  • Serve and enjoy!
  • Or store in the fridge for 5 days
